We’re always humbled and honored to be chosen by each and every one of our couples. When we’re chosen multiple times by the same family, it’s an extra-special honor. And, when we’re chosen by a bride who is a professional percussionist and a groom who is a recording engineer, it’s pretty much the ultimate compliment. That’s why Kassandra and Brian’s wedding was so special to us. With the Stock Exchange Trading Room filled with musicians from around the globe, this was a fabulous celebration.
We were thrilled to work with Sara from Five Grain Events. The entire planning process was smooth as silk and every single detail was expertly attended to. Can’t wait to work with you again Sara!
Delighted to get this note from Kassandra a few weeks after the wedding:
Hi Chris,
THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH for everything during our wedding. You guys sounded amazing and went above and beyond! I keep hearing from everyone how great you were. I couldn’t have asked for a better band to have at our wedding. As you could tell, I barely left the dance floor, which I think is always a great sign. From one musician to another, I thank you for making one of the most important parts of my wedding absolutely perfect!
All the best,
Kassandra
We loved playing some traditional Greek music for them. Take a peek!
The IACC’s black-tie gala occurs each year to honor top Italian and Italian-American business professionals. More than 500 successful businessmen and women, delegates and representatives from both Italy and the United States attend this formal event. This year, we were delighted to honor Joe Perillo, and Master of Ceremonies Joe Piscopo kept us (and the crowd) in stitches for the entire night.
And….we love that Joe Piscopo sat in with us for a couple of tunes!
We loved getting this note from Terese, the day after the wedding…
“We had such an amazing night and you played a big part of that! Thank you for everything you did to make the reception so fun. The band was AWESOME and we have heard nothing but rave reviews from all of our guests.”
And…many thanks to Temple Schultz for filling in for Dayna, who had a very special labor of her own this Labor Day weekend. (It’s a boy! Welcome Levi!)
Here are some highlights from Terese & Brad’s fabulous wedding:
Colleen & Scott’s wedding at the MCA could not have been on a more picture-perfect, gorgeous sunny day. Artistrings set the mood for their ceremony in the sculpture garden…here is Colleen making her entrance with her parents.
After a lively cocktail hour with trumpet & keyboard playing New Orleans style jazz, everyone came inside to begin dinner and dancing. Colleen & Scott’s first dance, Come Rain or Come Shine – Ray Charles.
After a short dance set, guests were seated in the atrium, and enjoyed a delicious meal from Wolfgang Puck Catering.
Everyone danced the night away. Sadly, we had a video camera malfunction, so it’s just pictures for this one!
Your guests will tell you that they're dancing to the best band in Chicago
