When you mention the superhero Wonder Woman, Lynda Carter and Gal Gadot are the two women that come to mind for most people.

Not me. For almost 20 years I had the incredible blessing of knowing a real-life superhero. She didn’t need a golden Lasso of Truth either — just her kindness mixed with a healthy dose of “Christopher and I don’t keep secrets from each other” mama good faith 🙂

Four weeks ago today was her last day on this earth. Miss you, Mom. Miss your voice, your laugh, your stories, your 97 years of wisdom, and your love of everyone in our family – whether two legs or four.

I proudly wear the title of Osanna’s favorite son-in-law. Love you forever, Mom ️
